PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway or through a PayPal account.

All prices displayed are in US dollars.  Prices are subject to change at any time until the purchase is complete.

E-Gift Card
Perfect for everyone and any occasion.  Julez Bryant E-Gift Cards are available for purchase on this site and redeemable for on-line purchases only.   

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applicable on all orders placed through this site and shipped within the state of California at the current local rate.  Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to sales tax.  We will present an estimate of any applicable taxes to be collected during the checkout process.

SHIPPING Timeframes

If the purchased items are in stock, we will ship immediately.  If the items are not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date.    Estimated delivery time for items not in stock is typically 4-6 weeks.  If the items are ready earlier,  they will ship as soon as complete.   If you need your items immediately, please contact us at shop@julez.com and we will determine if there is any way to accommodate your requests.  Expedition fees may apply.

Domestic SHIPPING

For all domestic orders, we offer complimentary shipping via FedEx 2nd Day Air.  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.   We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.

An adult signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery.  If a delivery is missed, FedEx will attempt a delivery the following business day.  For additional delivery details call 800-GO-FEDEX or visit www.FedEx.com

Sunday and Holiday delivery is unavailable

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

This includes delivery to U.S. Territories, Canada and other International Destinations.

Please note that the Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by customs. A contact phone number is required for all shipments.  Please call or email our staff for International Shipping rates and times at 1-844-525-7775 or shop@julez.com .   Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm PST.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will then receive an email with the FedEx tracking number once the order ships.  We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
