RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase as each piece of our jewelry is handmade and subject to an intensive quality control process before it is sent to you. We encourage you to inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied or feel the item is defective or damaged, we will accept it for an exchange, repair or refund within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
Each Julez Bryant piece is hand forged in our studio – meant to be an invaluable heirloom that you will wear and treasure for a lifetime. Our signature finishes are meant to be unique and special. Imperfections such as hammering and brushing with satin, matte and shiny finishes are executed with purpose for a look that is distinctive of the Julez Bryant collection. Each piece we design is touched by human hands and made from precious metals and gemstones that come from the Earth.
Any item you wish to return or to exchange must be unworn with the original Julez Bryant tag attached, not altered in any way and in the original Julez Bryant packaging in which it was shipped (box/pouch).
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com. Please provide your Name, Address, Invoice Number and Reason for Exchange. You will be provided a Return Authorization (RA) number which must be clearly written on package when it is returned. (Returns without an authorization will not be accepted). Please enclose the sales receipt (or a copy) with the returned item.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will exchange, repair or refund as directed. If an additional amount is owed, we will contact you to arrange payment. If item(s) returned are deemed not to be in its original condition or altered in any way, we will send back to you and the sale will be final.
You are responsible for return shipping and associated insurance on the package.
No exchanges are offered on items designated as final sale, special orders, custom or engraved items.
We cannot accept exchanges for merchandise purchased anywhere other than through this site at JulezBryant.com.
